Hi, I'm Joe. I've worked in IT support for about 20 years, helping people with everything from frozen laptops and stubborn printers to office networks.
I started Your Tech Help Desk to put the fixes I use every day into simple, step-by-step guides anyone can follow, for free. Every guide starts with the quickest fix and explains each step in plain words.
How the guides are written
- Steps follow the official support pages from Microsoft, Apple, Google, HP and other manufacturers, and each guide shows when it was last reviewed.
- No ads, no pop-ups, no tracking, no pushy upsells.
- If a fix could put your data at risk, the guide says so clearly before you start.
